The Six Lakes Park Coalition will hold a photo opportunity celebrating the installation of two new educational signs about the Six Lakes property, adjacent to the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail in Hamden, on Sunday, October 4^th at 12:30 p.m. All are welcome to join local elected officials, coalition leaders, and the community at the celebration. In addition, Six Lakes volunteers will be gathering at noon for the coalition’s semi-annual cleanup in the parking lot on Putnam Avenue just east of Dixwell Avenue and walking up to the photo op together before fanning out to pick up trash around the property’s perimeter.
