FVTC Weekly Meet-up Rides

Join us again this season for a weekly casual ride along the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail or the Farmington River Trail. Rides will be about 15 miles long but can vary depending on start location and number of participants. No registration or advance notice is required. Just show up!

Rides will take place each Wednesday from June 17th through September 2nd.  Ride meets at 5:30pm for a 5:45pm start time. 

The starting location will change each week to allow riders to enjoy different parts of the trail.

*June 17th-Meet at the RT 4 Unionville, trail parking lot

*June 24th-Meet at Thompson Road, Avon trail parking lot

*July 1st-Meet at Lordship Road, East Granby parking area (dead end street across from Simsbury Airport)

*July 8th-Meet at Sperry Park, Avon, trail parking lot

*July 15th-Meet at the DPW trail parking lot, River Road, Canton  

*July 22nd-Meet at Iron Horse Blvd, Simsbury, parking lot at Jim Gallagher Way

*July 29th-Meet at Northwest Drive Trail parking lot, Plainville

*August 5th-Meet at Iron Horse Blvd, Simsbury at Jim Gallagher Way

*August 12th-Meet at Northwest Drive Trail parking lot, Plainville

*August19th Arch Road, Avon Trail parking lot 

*August 26th-TBD

*September 2nd- TBD
