Join us November 14, 2025, for our Annual Meeting. Once again we will meet at the Avon Senior Center, 635 W Avon Rd, Avon, CT 06001. Doors open at 6:00 pm for light refreshments. The meeting will start at 6:30 pm.

Our guest speaker this year is Kimberly Bradley.

Kimberly serves as the Trails and Greenways Program Coordinator for the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CTDEEP), where she has been administering the state-wide Connecticut Recreational Trail Grant Program since July 2022. She has over 22 years of diverse experience in the environmental and recreation field, with a strong background in ecology, land management and living shoreline design. She is also a skilled community engagement and outreach professional, who works closely with various agencies, municipalities, non-profits and volunteers to encourage and explore opportunities for collaboration with the private sector and enhance recreational access, connectivity and sustainability for the public benefit.

She is a certified Level 1 Fundamental Skills Instructor by the Bike Instructor Certification Program (BICP), and a passionate advocate for outdoor recreation and land conservation. Her mission is to promote the health, well-being and resilience of Connecticut’s communities and natural resources through trail and greenway development and stewardship. Kimberly was born and raised in Connecticut and currently resides in southeastern corner of the state with her husband and two daughters enjoying time outdoors with their two Labradors hiking, mountain biking, camping and fishing.
