This summer’s Letter is mercifully short so that we can publish the work of the Strategic Planning Committee on a new Business Plan for the FVTC. Rich Rowlenson headed up this task and has written the two pages inside. While much of our mission statement remains the same we recognize the need to help our towns with maintenance issues, and we will be soliciting for the Maintenance Fund in the coming months.
